CCAM Quantitative Cell Biology Visiting Professorships
The Quantitative Cell Biology training program also encompasses an ongoing Visiting Professorship program to bring excellent researchers from other institutions to CCAM for up to one-year terms. This program is particularly geared toward achieving cross-disciplinary training for either experimental biologists to gain a working understanding of approaches in mathematical modeling and/or optics, or for physical scientists, mathematicians and computer scientists to gain hands on experience in cell biology. Additionally, it is an ideal opportunity to develop long-term collaborative relationships among theoreticians, experimentalists, and optical engineers.
